The hat came in a very reasonable amount of time. I love the feel and style of it. The guy also wrote a hand written note to thank me which is very respectful I thought. Overall, great brand and great hat! Would definitely recommend to other people who wanted a Tennessee hat!

Quick shipping got it in before the Orange and White game. Received multiple complements in and around the stadium. Very comfy and and good way to support the Vols.
Placed an order December 17th. Today is January 23rd and still have not received my hat. Emailed back and forth with owner, I eventually told him I just wanted a refund and he replied saying once I received the hat and shipped it back to him he would give me a refund, then stopped replying to me emails.Not professional at all.
