White Vols Stadium Letters

Placed an order December 17th. Today is January 23rd and still have not received my hat. Emailed back and forth with owner, I eventually told him I just wanted a refund and he replied saying once I received the hat and shipped it back to him he would give me a refund, then stopped replying to me emails.Not professional at all.

Ordered late on a Thursday night and received my hats on Saturday with only standard shipping! These hats are exactly what I wanted and can’t wait to order some more
