I never got my hat
The hat came in great condition and in a reasonable amount of time. The seller apologized for it taking longer than expected to get to me and even threw in a free hat and a lifetime 30% off code for our inconvenience. This is great customer service, and I will absolutely be ordering from them again in the future.
Purchased this hat as a Father’s Day gift. As a UT alum, my husband cannot stand Alabama. He’s always joked about having a hat that says this and I can’t believe I found one. Excellent quality, fast shipping, and incredible customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more!
