EST shipment time and when it was actually shipped was 2 separate weeks. Wanted hat for event coming up and no way to even cancel the order.!
I paid for item and paid extra for shipping to arrive in 2 days. Here we are a week later, the event was 4 days ago that I needed the hat for, I’ve now sent 3 emails, they won’t respond, they took my money and I still never received my hat!!!!!!
Ordered my hat on the 6th.... it's the 23rd and I'm still waiting...
I still have not received my hat that was purchased at the end of September. Post office says a label has been printed since October 1st. I will patiently wait if the company lets me know what is going on. I have heard nothing and gotten no response to a phone message that was left. I would love to be exited about and support this company, however communication and efficiency seem lacking at this point.
I never got my hat
