Got this as a gift for my dad for Christmas and he loved it! Excellent quality and excellent shipping time and packaging. Cant wait to purchase from again

I’ve yet to receive the hat so it’s difficult to give a review. Ordered 12/19 and you all sent email for a review on 12/21. I am highly disappointed that when the order was placed it was to arrive prior to Christmas. It is not arriving on time and it’s a gift. So far…not impressed.
As reported previously, ordered 3 hats in one purchase and have not received them.
Purchased many excellent hats in the past. I hope to be contacted directly regarding this issue.
