Camo Cursive Volunteers

Ordered about a month ago and still haven’t gotten. Not sure what I’m supposed to review. It’s a shame. I see the founder all over advertising videos but they can’t fulfill orders. I’ve bought their hats at Neyland stadium and they’re great! But this shipping process has been very unprofessional.

I recently placed an order for three vintage-style University of Tennessee hats (camo, corduroy, and mesh) from your company. Unfortunately, I only received two of the three hats—the camo and corduroy—while the mesh hat was missing from the order.

I reached out through both your help email and the contact listed on your Shopify page, but I have not received any response. At this point, I would simply like a refund for the missing hat or for the item to be sent.

This situation is frustrating because there has been no communication to clarify whether this was an honest mistake or something else. I’m hoping this can be resolved quickly and professionally.

Nice quality, fits well. Unique had guaranteed to stand out and show the Vols swag!
