It took away all my purchases when I was about to buy a hat. I am very confused.
I love the hats, don’t get me wrong but these items sell out so fast, it’s hard to get these items. I’d love to know when the hats are back in-stock, but nobody answers their emails. I’d like the black pinstripe hat, but nobody is informing me when they’re available. They said they were available today, two hours later, they were sold out. How are we supposed to know this. Communication needs to be better.
Ordered this pin stripe hat as well as the camo TN hat on 2.17.26 and almost 2 months later I’ve yet to receive either of the hats. On 2.23.26 I was informed the black pin stripe was on back order which was not stated at the time of the order being placed but was told it should be back in stock in a few weeks. That would have been a month ago. I’ve reached out twice since 2.23.26 and have not gotten a response.
Great fitting hat with a old school look.. Definetly worth the money for that game day look your looking for.
